Regular and periodic cleaning
Remove limescale from the windows as part of your regular and periodic cleans. This will prevent limescale from getting too much of a chance to build up. For periodic cleaning, use a stronger limescale remover.
- Wet the window
- Add the limescale remover to the bucket according to the following ratio: one part product, nine parts water
- Apply the product from bottom to top to avoid streaks
- Allow the product to soak in for a while, but be sure not to let the window dry
- Rinse the window with water, and wipe the water off using a window squeegee
Troubleshooting
If the approach above doesn't quite do the job, follow the steps below.
- Wet the window
- Apply Hulk Power Polish to a Doodlebug pad
- Scrub the window thoroughly
- Allow the product to soak in for a while, but be sure not to let the window dry
- Rinse the window with water, and wipe off the water using a window squeegee
If you're still not getting the desired result, use steel wool no. 000 instead of a pad. Please note that not all steel wool is suitable for windows. If in doubt, always contact an expert.
