A new digital tool from BOMA
We make cleaning simple, smart, and enjoyable. Our digital tools can help you work efficiently. Our customers are already familiar with our DosDob order management system, which allows them to smartly manage inventory across multiple cleaning sites. But we also offer an online store and a digital catalog where they can easily find all the product information and safety data sheets they need. Today, we're adding the smartphone app BOMA in the Pocket to that list.

Add colleagues
You can now add your colleagues to the management system. This is extremely convenient, as it allows cleaning technicians to check an order on-site. This minimizes both the time and distance needed to visit every location. That's one less thing for you to worry about!
Scan products to instantly view their details
Want to quickly check a product's information sheet? Simply scan the barcode with the app. You'll instantly have access to all safety and usage information, and you can also order the product on the spot.
Submit a service request
You've probably been in this situation before... A machine breaks down at a worksite. The cleaning technician tells the team leader, who then passes it on to the regional manager. An entire chain of communication has to be set in motion for a service request to reach BOMA. Have we mentioned that it's our goal to make your life easier? With the new app, the cleaning technician can scan the machine's QR code on-site, which lets them send a service request directly.
View your machine's usage statistics
That QR code also gives you access to even more information about your machine. This includes things such as instructional videos or usage statistics. And what if you've lost track of the machine? No problem! Even without the QR code, you can manage your entire fleet of machines through the app. With the track & trace feature, you always know exactly where your machines are.
