BOMA Group acquires Metech
BOMA, through its parent company PFS Group, has acquired the Dutch company Metech Sweepers & Scrubbers BV. For 19 years, Metech has focused on the sale, rental and maintenance of new and used cleaning machines. From its spacious facility in Barneveld, centrally located in the Netherlands, the company holds a stock of over 700 machines, both from well-known brands and its own brands.

Over the past years, BOMA Netherlands has built a leading position in the cleaning contractor market. Metech is strongly positioned in the industrial and SME segments and, in addition to its own sales team, has an extensive network of distributors."
We strongly believe in the current DNA of the team and will allow Metech to continue its successful, autonomous course, supported by our group. The motivated team of 19 experts, including founder Job Meijer, will remain on board. At the same time, we will explore synergies, such as closer collaboration between our technical service teams. Combined, both teams will have around thirty field service technicians across the Benelux, enabling us to serve our customers faster and more efficiently.
In addition to new machines, we will now also be able to further expand our offering of refurbished models, fully aligned with our sustainability vision. There is still significant potential today to further mechanise the professional cleaning market. The use of cleaning machines provides an answer to labour shortages while improving comfort and productivity for cleaning professionals.
