BOMA acquires Dekuyper Products: "From Ostend, we can serve our West Flemish customers even better"
Dekuyper Products is now also part of the BOMA group!
Dekuyper Products from Ostend was founded in 1995 by Guido Dekuyper and today has 13 dedicated employees. In nearly 30 years, it has built up a strong market position in West Flanders, particularly along the coast. Dekuyper supplies a wide range of non-food products to the hospitality sector and also offers complete cleaning and hygiene solutions for schools, public buildings, SMEs, and cleaning companies.
DK Dinner, which specifically focuses on hospitality supplies, is excluded from the transaction. With this acquisition, BOMA strengthens its presence in West Flanders. Guido Dekuyper, along with his existing employees, will remain in place at the familiar location.
