BOMA acquires ASP Environnement strengthening its position in the French market
At the end of 2025, BOMA marked an important milestone with the acquisition of ASP Environnement, strengthening our presence in France and further advancing our "Let's rethink cleaning" vision.
A strong partner with shared values
Founded in 2008, ASP Environnement is a well-established player in the B2B cleaning and hygiene market. Over the past years, the company has experienced solid growth, driven by a comprehensive range of products and services, a strong commitment to sustainability, and a high level of customer support. ASP is also known for its customer-focused training programmes and reliable after-sales service.
This approach closely aligns with BOMA's own values. ASP's activities are highly complementary to those of BOMA France, led by Olivier Scolan.

Through this acquisition, BOMA aims to accelerate its growth in France while staying true to its mission: delivering innovative and more sustainable cleaning solutions that reduce environmental impact while creating value for people and society.
For more than 50 years, BOMA has supported professional customers across a wide range of sectors, including cleaning companies, public institutions, healthcare, hospitality and leisure, and industry. By joining forces with ASP Environnement, we can further strengthen our local presence and enhance our service offering for French customers.
What does this mean for customers?
For customers, nothing changes. ASP Environnement will continue to operate from its site in Saint-Égrève, near Grenoble (Isère). Clients will keep their trusted points of contact and can continue to rely on the same level of service and proximity.
Continuity is also ensured at organisational level: Richard Bally and Emmanuel Quillon remain at the helm of ASP Environnement and, together with their teams, will continue to contribute their expertise to support BOMA's growth in France.
