    • Wat is photplasma?

      De geavanceerde Photoplasma™-technologie van Biozone is ontworpen om binnenomgevingen op een duurzame manier te verbeteren.

      Ze gaat verder dan conventionele reinigingsmethoden door gebruik te maken van een combinatie van negatieve ionen, hydroxylradicalen, singletzuurstof, ultraviolet licht en ozon.

      De elementen van Photoplasma™ breken de structuur van verontreinigingen snel en actief af via een keten van reacties.

      Uiteindelijk worden de verontreinigingen afgebroken en omgezet in onschadelijke moleculen zoals koolstofdioxide en waterdamp.

    • Wat doet photoplasma?
      • Neutraliseert slechte geuren (sanitaire geuren, organische geuren zoals braaksel, urine en fecaliën, tabaksrook, muffe geuren, kooklucht)
      • Verwijdert schadelijke chemische gassen (bvb. ammoniak en waterstofsulfide)
      • Verlaagt de concentratie van zwevende fijnstofdeeltjes in de lucht
      • Breekt vluchtige organische stoffen en andere organische verbindingen af

      (bijv. formaldehyde, benzeen en leden van PAK's)

    • Is de ozengeur schadelijk voor de gezondheid?

      Neen, het toestel produceert een geringe hoeveelheid ozon (<0.04ppm) die niet schadelijk maar ook niet geurloos is. Op een gemiddelde zonnige zomerdag zit er meer ozon in de lucht, maar ruik je deze niet omwille van andere geuren.

    • Welke garantie is er op dit toestel?

      Er is standaard 2 jaar garantie op fabrieksfouten.

  • Maintenance
    • Kan de luchtreiniger verstopt geraken?

      Neen, luchtreinigers die met de UVC plasma techniek werken continue en de filters moeten niet gereinigd worden.

    • Hoe lang gaat de UV lamp mee?

      Bij continue gebruik gaat de lamp 1 jaar mee.

      Bij occasioneel gebruik gaat de lamp 2 jaar mee.
