Remove grease from worktops and floors

Inevitably, at a fishmonger, worktops and chilled counters get greasy after a day of selling. The floor can also get dirty quickly. Preferably, you'd make short work of this as soon as possible. Doing so not only improves hygiene, your products will look much better to boot.
